Ingredients:
30 ounce can apricot halves drained (reserve syrup)
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
16 ounces cream cheese softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small container frozen whipped topping thawed
Directions:
1. Combine 1/2 cup syrup and gelatin.
2. Stir over low heat until dissolved.
3. Blend apricots in blender.
4. Combine apricots and gelatin mixture.
5. Beat cheese, milk and lemon juice then stir in apricot mixture.
6. Fold in whipped topping.
7. Pour into graham cracker crust.
