Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon corn syrup |
1/2 cup apricot jam |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, heat the butter, sugar, corn syrup, and jam, stirring, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add the cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Cool slightly. Spoon over ice cream. |
