The recipe for this tangy drink comes from the 1995 cookbook, The Best 50 Smoothies. Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice |
1/2 cup apricot nectar |
3 apricots, pitted |
1/2 cup buttermilk |
3 ice cubes |
1 teaspoon powdered sugar (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender & puree until smooth. 2. Pour into a glass & ENJOY! |
