From Marshalltown Iowa cookbook Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups dried apricots |
2 cups shredded coconut |
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk |
2 tablespoons apricot brandy |
powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Grind apricots. 2. Add coconut, milk, and brandy. 3. Blend well. 4. Mix will be sticky. 5. Roll into balls and store in cool place. 6. Can be made several days ahead. 7. (Flavor improves.). 8. Before serving, roll in powdered sugar. |
