Whole wheat muffins
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup bran
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
2 cups soy milk
2 tbsp canola oil
Directions:
1.
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.

Mix wet ingredients in small bowl.
3.
Add wet mixture to dry and stir until combined.
4.
Divide evenly between 24 lined muffin cups.
5.
Bake at 400* for 18-20 minutes
