Choose the fruit of your choice with this one. A quick to mix cobbler type cookie! Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) jar smuckers apricot preserves (or the flavor you prefer) |
1 cup sugar |
3/4 cup butter |
2 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add remaining ingredients except the preserves. 3. Press 3/4 of this mixture into the bottom of a greased 13x9 pan. 4. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. 5. Spread preserves on top. 6. Crumble remaining crumb mixture over the fruit. 7. Bake for 20 more minutes. |
