Ingredients:
3 cups apricot nectar |
3 ripe medium-sized bananas |
3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/4 cup heavy cream |
orange juice |
freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish |
Directions:
1. In a standard sized blender, add the first 4 ingredients and blend until well combined. Add enough orange juice to fill the blender container to the top and then blend again. Pour into 5 fancy, stemmed glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve. 2.
