Great sweet bites for the holidays. Easy prep. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups dried apricots, ground |
2 cups shredded coconut |
2/3 cup eagle brand condensed milk |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine ground apricots and coconut. 2. Add milk and blend well. 3. Shape into small balls and roll in sugar. |
