Ingredients:
3 (6 ounce) packages dried apricots, diced
1 (14 ounce) package flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Combine apricots, coconut, and pecans in a large bowl; add condensed milk, stir well.Chill. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls, and roll each in powdered sugar. Store in airtight container in fridge.
