Woot. Make sure the apricot is really ripe. To lower the sugar, use plain yogurt and add 1 packet artificial sweetener.
Ingredients:
1 apricot, pitted and cut into eighths
1/4 cup strawberry, hulled and cut into quarters
6 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until frothy.
