Apricot and Macadamia Nut Ice Cream |

A no-effort ice-cream that looks and tastes beautiful. Recipe can be made a day ahead. You could also add a tablespoonful or two of Grand Marnier if you want to be fancy! Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened slightly |
1/2 cup chopped roasted macadamia nuts (unsalted) |
1/4 cup chopped plain sweet cookie |
1/4 cup of chopped glace apricot |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. 2. Stir until combined, and spoon into 4 serving/sorbet glasses. 3. Freeze till firm. |
