Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix |
4 eggs (separate whites) |
2/3 cup wesson oil |
3/4 cup apricot nectar |
1 tsp vanilla |
1 tsp lemon |
Directions:
1. mix cake mix with 4 egg yellows, wesson oil, nectar and flavors.
2. beat 5 minutes.
3. fold beaten egg whites into mixture.
4. bake at 350 degrees as cake mix box indicates for bundt or tube cake
5. Icing
6. 2 cup powdered sugar
7. 2 lemons, grated with juice or
8. box of powdered sugar
9. 3 lemons
