This dressing is excellent as a dip for raw vegetables or can be thinned with some lemon juice for use as a marinade. Wonderful on salads also. Freezes well if you want to make a larger batch Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed |
1/4 cup tamari (or soy sauce) |
2/3 cup salad oil |
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil |
1/3 cup tahini |
2 tablespoons sesame seeds |
1 teaspoon parsley, minced |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat well until mixed. |
