My daughter loves these for breakfast Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 1/2 tsp baking powder |
1 tbsp melted butter |
1/2 cup milk |
1 beaten egg |
1/2 tsp vanilla |
1 1/4 cup applesauce |
Directions:
1. Add flour, salt and baking powder into a medium size bowl. 2. In a small bowl, combine butter, milk and egg. 3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until well blended. 4. add vanila and applesauce. 5. make as many small or large pancakes as you like : ) |
