Relatively low-cal muffin
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup whole grain flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1. mix oats and milk and let sit for one hour
2. mix remaining ingredients (minus cinnamon and sugar)
3. pour into muffin tin, then top with cinnamon sugar mixture
4. bake 20-25 minutes at 400
