A low calorie muffin with taste! Ingredients:
combine |
1/2 c. whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup oatmeal |
3/4 c. white flour |
3/4 tsp. cinnamon |
3/4 tsp. baking soda |
1 tsp. baking powder |
add |
1/2 c. skim milk |
1/2 c. splenda |
3 tbsp. applesauce |
1 egg white |
Directions:
1. Stir the dry ingredients together. Blend the liquids together. 2. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the liquid. Stir just until moistened. 3. Divide into 12 greased muffin tins. Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes. |
