This is a very moist meatloaf. I love meatloaf and this is one I make often in my house. Give it a try, you will like it. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1/2 cup applesauce |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 eggs |
2 teaspoons chopped onions |
1/2 cup milk |
1/4 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 teaspoon mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Form into a loaf. 3. Make indention in meatloaf and pour topping into it. 4. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes. 5. Mix topping together and pout onto meat loaf. |
