2 lbs ground beef |
1 onion, peeled and chopped |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 beaten egg |
1 cup crushed corn flakes |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 cup canned applesauce |
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce and shape into meatballs. Put in open pan and pour tomato sauce over them. Bake 1 hour at 350°, basting frequently. |
