An old recipe from a friend that I revamped to have a little less fat! Yummy!!! Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla yogurt |
3 eggs |
1/3 cup shortening |
1 cup applesauce |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 1/4 cups sugar |
6 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
2 teaspoons nutmeg |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Cream together the first 5 ingredients. 2. Add the remaining ingredients. 3. Drop onto a greased cookie sheet. 4. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. |
