Applesauce Coffee Cake Supreme |

This is a delicious quick receipe. Wonderful make-ahead to tuck into your freezer for last minute dinner guests. Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) cake mix (2 layer layer, yellow) |
4 ounces instant vanilla pudding |
4 ounces butterscotch pudding mix |
4 eggs |
1 cup water |
1/2 cup applesauce |
1 cup brown sugar (packed, for topping) |
1 teaspoon cinnamon (for topping) |
1 cup pecans (chopped, for topping) |
Directions:
1. Combine cake mix, pudding mixes, eggs, water and applesauce in large bowl and beat until smooth.
2. Place brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans in small bowl and mix well.
3. Spread 1/2 the cake mixture in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
4. Sprinkle 1/2 the brown sugar mixture over batter.
5. Repeat the layers.
6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
7. Reduce heat to 325 and bake for another 30-40 minutes longer.
