This calls for egg substitute , sugar free vanilla pudding, brown sugar substitute. I think you could use either one the substitute or the regular ingredients. Ingredients:
egg substitute equivalent to 3 eggs |
2 cups unsweetened applesauce |
1/3 cup milk |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
4 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 package (18-1/4 ounces) white cake mix |
1 package (8 ounces) sugar-free vanilla cook-and-serve pudding mix |
2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat egg substitute for 1 minute on medium speed. 2. Add applesauce, milk, oil and vanilla; mix well. 3. Combine remaining ingredients; gradually add to applesauce mixture. 4. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. 5. Pour into a 13-in. X9-in. X2-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. 7. Yield: 15 servings. |
