Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together, make well in center of dry ingredients and add applesauce, eggs, and melted butter, then stir. Pour into bread pan and bake for 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
