This is a healthy snack bread. My family loves it! I got this from Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups wheat flour |
1/2 cup honey |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon sea salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
3/4 cup applesauce |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together, make well in center of dry ingredients and add applesauce, eggs, and melted butter, then stir. Pour into bread pan and bake for 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees. |
