Creamy Carmel Dip served with apples. Ingredients:
6 granny smith apples, cored and sliced |
1 jar carmel ice cream topping |
1 - 8 oz philadelphia cream cheese, softened |
fruit fresh |
Directions:
1. Wash, core and slice apples and place in a zip-lock bag. 2. Add fruit fresh and water to apples per container directions. 3. Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until creamy with an electric mixer. 4. Add the jar of carmel topping to the cream cheese; mix well and pour into a serving dish. 5. When ready to serve, place the serving dish in the center of a serving tray. 6. Drain apples and place on tray around the dip. |
