High protein bar to eat post workout or anytime. Ingredients:
4 cups old fashioned oats |
1 cup non-fat powdered milk |
4 scoops protein powder |
8 fluid ounces no sugar added apple juice |
2 egg whites |
1 unsweetened applesauce, cup |
3 -4 tablespoons cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix together and put into pan sprayed with no stick spray. bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. |
