Ingredients:
50 g butter
240 g eggs, (4 large)
300 g sugar
200 g wheat flour
5 g baking powder
10 g vanilla sugar
150 g sour cream
200 g cream
3 tsp cornstarch
15 g almonds, flaked
5 apple
Directions:
1. Mix dough with butter, 2 eggs, 100 g sugar, flour, 5 g vanilla sugar and baking powder. Everything has to be cold, and you have to work quickly to get a good dough.
2. Let the dough stay 20 min. in the fridge.
3. Roll the dough out, put it in a round baking form.
4. Peel the apples, make quarters, put them on the dough.
5. Whip the cream. Mix the rest of the ingredients, stir in the whipped cream. Pour over the apples. Decorate with almonds.
6. Bake 1 hour at 180° C.
