Another oatmeal based smoothie. Great way to get the good stuff into your diet if your not keen on hot oatmeal. Ingredients:
1/3 cup oatmeal |
5 tablespoons non-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 frozen banana |
6 frozen strawberries |
1/2 cup apple juice |
ice cube |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients till desired consistancy. |
