An interesting yet harmonious flavour combination. Ingredients:
1/4 cup sauerkraut, drained |
1 stalk celery, diced |
1/2 apple, cubed |
1/4 red bell pepper, chopped |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped |
1 tablespoon basil, chopped |
1 dash lime juice |
Directions:
1. Combine sauekraut, celery, apple, and pepper in a large bowl. 2. In a small bowl, mix vinegar, parsley, basil and lime juice; drizzle over salad. 3. Serve chilled. 4. Enjoy! |
