Another yummy fruit smoothie!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup ice, crushed (optional)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 large green apple, peeled and chopped
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
6 ounces water
Directions:
1. Put ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
2. If it is too thick, add more water and process until it is at the desired consistency.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
