This came from the Happy Herbivore. It is quick, inexpensive, uses easy ingredients and smuggles spinach into you. Love it. Ingredients:
1 cup non dairy milk (i have used almond and soy) |
1 small apple, cut up into chunks |
one small banana, frozen |
half teaspoon cinnamon |
2 cups spinach |
Directions:
1. Put everything into a blender. 2. If you don''t have a frozen banana, add a couple of ice cubes. 3. Whiz. 4. Enjoy. |
