Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) carton vanilla fat-free yogurt
2 cups chopped granny smith apple (about 1 large)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons nutlike cereal nuggets (such as grape-nuts)
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
2. Spoon mixture into bowls. Sprinkle each with cereal nuggets just before serving.
