I wanted something other than my old peanut butter standby to dip my apple in this morning, so this is what I came up with. I didn't actually measure anything, so all measurements are approximate. Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
2 teaspoons honey |
1 teaspoon brown sugar (not packed) |
1 dash cinnamon |
1 medium apple |
Directions:
1. Mix first four ingredients together. 2. Core and slice apple. 3. Simply dunk the apple slices into the yogurt mixture! |
