Apple Wild Rice Breakfast |

A great breakfast, especially if camping. Make the rice the night before. One-fourth cup raw wild rice will yield 1 cup cooked rice. Ingredients:
1 apple |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 cup cooked wild rice |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Core apple and cut into bit size pieces. 2. Melt butter in sauté pan. 3. Add apple and sauté for 3-4 minutes. 4. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. 5. Serve in a bowl with cream or milk. |
