This bundt cake boasts the flavors of fall. Serve this Apple Walnut Coffee Cake for breakfast or dessert. Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten |
1 cup oil |
2 cups sugar |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
3 cups all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
2 cups apples, peeled, cored and chopped |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoon milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except apple and nuts; mix well. Stir in apple and nuts; pour into greased and floured Bundt® pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Increase heat to 325 degrees and bake an additional 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes; turn out onto a serving plate. In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk and vanilla; drizzle over cake before serving. |
