APPLE VINEGAR PEAS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cashion Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1996. Ingredients:
15 ounces canned peas drained |
1 pound fresh green peas |
1 small white onion chopped |
3 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients then mix well and set aside for 20 minutes before serving. |
