quick pastries. Weight of pastry based on 250g frozen block, quartered. Ingredients:
62 g puff pastry |
4 tsp cooking apples, stewed |
1/2 tsp semi-skimmed milk |
Directions:
1. defrost 1/4 bock of pastry and roll out into square 2. cut into four equal squares 3. put tsp of apple in each square 4. run a finger of milk along two adjacent edges of each square 5. fold over into triangles and pinch edges 6. bake at 200C for 12-15 minutes |
