1 cup dry kidney beans |
2 celery stalks, diced |
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar |
2 tbsp honey |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1/2 tsp dijon mustard |
2 tbsp shallot, minced |
1/2 tsp anise seed |
