A quick dessert and a great way to make use of the wonderful fall apple harvest. Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry (frozen) |
4 apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Place the puff pastry on a cookie sheet. 2. Top with the sliced apples. 3. Dot on the butter. 4. Sprinkle on the sugar and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. 5. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. |
