A delicious syrup for those on a diet
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/4 cups unsweetened apple juice
4 teaspoons sugar substitute
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch, spices and apple juice until smooth.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Cook and stir 2 minutes.
4. Remove and stir in sugar substitute.
