Great on pancakes, also great as a topping for cottage cheese or frozen yogurt.
Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened apple juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions:
1. Combine apple juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, salt and nutmeg in saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened.
3. Stir in lime juice.
