a very interesting salad, that is just full of healthy ingredients - enjoy!! Ingredients:
2 cups baby spinach |
1 medium apple, thinly sliced |
2 tablespoons chopped celery |
2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans |
2 tablespoons creamy poppy seed dressing |
Directions:
1. Toss ingredients with dressing in a large bowl. 2. HOW TO TOAST NUTS: Spread nuts in a single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly toasted. stirring occasionally. |
