Ingredients:
2 cup(s) buttermilk waffle mix |
1 cup(s) water |
2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil |
2 whole(s) eggs beaten |
1 cup(s) applesauce |
3/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
water to right consistency |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, stir all of the ingredients together until large lumps disappear. Add water or waffle mix to get to the right consistency. Bake in a hot waffle iron as per manufacturer's directions. Eliminate the eggs if you want to make pancakes instead. Recipe should serve 8 to 10 5-inch Belgian waffles. |
