                                                2 cup(s) buttermilk waffle mix  |

                                                3/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon(s) nutmeg  |

                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a large bowl, stir all of the ingredients together until large lumps disappear. Add water or waffle mix to get to the right consistency. Bake in a hot waffle iron as per manufacturer's directions. Eliminate the eggs if you want to make pancakes instead.
