Apple Spice Protein Bar No. 2

Similar to other recipe except with almond meal, extra protein powder, 1 medium apple instead of 1/2.
Ingredients:
4 scoops protein powder
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp splenda
4 eggs
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsn water
1 apple (chopped into tiny pieces)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp maple extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup ground almonds (almond meal)
Directions:
1. Mix together dry ingredients. In separate bowl , mix together eggs, oil and extracts. Beat well then add to dry ingredients, mixing well.
2. Add water and apple. Should be wet consistency like a cake mix. Add bit more water if neccesary.
3. Pour into greased square cake pan. Bake at 325 (165oC) for 15-25 mins.
