Apple Spice Custard Cake

This is from and Eagle Brand newsletter. I have not tried but thought it sounded very good. I bet it would be great with coffee.
Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) package spice cake mix
3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix)
1/3 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
1 1/3 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
2 medium apples, peeled and chopped
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk, eagle brand (not evaporated milk)
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/4 cup lemon juice
ground cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
3. Stir in apples.
4. Pour batter into well-greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan.
5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
6. In medium bowl, combine EAGLE BRAND® and sour cream; mix well.
7. Stir in lemon juice.
8. Remove cake from oven; spread sour cream mixture evenly over hot cake.
9. Return to oven, bake 5 minutes or until set.
10. Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional).
11. Cool. Chill. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
