I have to say I am loving eating healthy! So I've decided to give juicing a try. What better place to save your favorites than on RecipeZaar. This is from The Juicing Bible second edition. Ingredients:
4 apples |
1 carrot |
1 stalk celery |
gingerroot, 1 inch piece |
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Using a juicer, process apples, carrot, celery and gingerrot. 2. Pour into a pitcher and whisk in cardamom and nutmeg. 3. Enjoy! |
