This yummy and unexpected combination is quick to come together on a busy morning, yet pretty and delicious enough to serve to company. It tastes the best with gingersnap granola, but any other kind is great too! Read more ! Ingredients:
2 large apples, peeled, cored, and chopped |
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice |
1 tbs. water |
1 1/2 cups granola |
1 1/2 cups fat free vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine apples, water, and pumpkin pie spice. 2. Microwave on high for 1 minute, or until apples are soft. 3. In three large glasses, layer 1/4 cup granola, 1/4 cup yogurt, and a spoonful of the apple mixture into each glass. 4. Repeat layers. 5. Serve immediately. |
