2 cups diced apples |
1/2 cup red onion |
1/2 cup flat leaf parsley |
1/4 cup chopped walnuts |
2 teaspoons walnut oil |
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. 2. Serve soon, before the apple discolors. 3. You could use rasbberry vinegar for an interesting flavor. |
