Apple & Sausage Toss

This is a delicious breakfast, especially when served warm Corn Fritters (recipe also submitted)
Ingredients:
500 g pork sausage (american-style breakfast sausages also work)
4 granny smith apples
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sugar
cinnamon, to sprinkle
Directions:
1. Cook sausages over medium heat, in a frying pan. Set aside.
2. Core the apples, and cut each one into 8 wedges.
3. Add the butter to the sausage drippings.
4. Cook the apples in the butter over high heat, until brown.
5. Sprinkle with the sugar.
6. Add the sausages.
7. Transfer to a warmed platter and
8. sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.
9. Serve with Corn Fritters.
