Ingredients:
9 cup(s) torn mixed salad greens |
2 large tart apples, chopped |
1 small red onion, thinly sliced |
1/3 cup(s) chopped walnuts, toasted |
1/4 cup(s) thawed frozen apple juice concentrate |
2 tablespoon(s) cider vingar |
2 tablespoon(s) canola oil |
2 tablespoon(s) maple syrup |
2 tablespoon(s) spicy brown mustard |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, apples, onion and walnuts. In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Drizzle over salad; toss to coat. |
