This is an amazingly good and healthy fruit salad sure to please all. Enjoy Ingredients:
3 -1/2 cups apples unpeeled |
1/3 cup chopped celery |
1/4 cup raisins |
1/4 cup chopped walnuts |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons sugar substitute |
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In bowl combine apples, celery, raisins and walnuts. 2. In another bowl combine yogurt, sugar substitute and cinnamon until blended. 3. Pour over apple mixture then toss to coat. 4. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
