A wrap that tastes like you are having dessert for breakfast. Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese |
1 (8 inch) whole grain tortillas |
1/2 cup chunky applesauce |
cinnamon (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Spread ricotta cheese in the middle of the whole grain tortilla. 2. Top with applesauce and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Roll up. 3. Place roll on a microwave safe dish and microwave for 10-20 seconds or until tortilla is warm. |
